Observations/Finding

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R8, E720659 S1-R8.)

1. The geo-fabric has been placed on the half side of the basement.

2. Geo-fabric has been received.

3. Seven Hundred and Sixty-five (764.35) tons of 825-B Stone has been placed and hauled.

4. No tests have been performed.
