Observations/Finding

On October 9, 2023, Vidal Dias of AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) visited the site at the contractor’s request to observe proof-rolling of the remaining portions of Asprey Lane, as illustrated in the attached drawing.

The proof-rolling was conducted using a loaded dump truck.  During proof-roll activities, no significant rutting or deflection was observed throughout the examined span. The specific areas that underwent proof-rolling are highlighted and annotated in the drawing provided below.

The assessed sections appear to be suitable for pavement placement as per project plans and specifications.
