Our ASEC representative was on-site on to verify that surficial soils within Lots #96, 97, and the parking lot area be placed as per project specifications. During the evaluation, the following observations were made:

Soil Description

• Topsoil mixed with organic materials and roots.

Engineering Observations and Recommendations

• Three test pits were performed to evaluate the extent of the topsoil layer.
• The approximate volume of material removed from the area was 64,500 cubic feet.
• Given the presence of organic materials and roots, it is recommended that these soils be further assessed for suitability as fill material or be removed.
