Observations/Finding

• As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC)representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.
  The following observations were observed on the site this day.
• Placement, backfilling and compaction at the vicinity of Lots #30 to 37 and Lots #48 to 51 were in progressed using (D8T), (QT-4) and (CP56B) compaction equipment.
• Soil placement continued for the lots that were in progress.
• Placement and compaction of backfill soils for sewer pipe trench between MH A5 to MH A6 continued.
• One (1) foot lifts were being placed and compacted on trench to MH A6 and compacted using a sheeps-foot (CP44B) and (R-13) compactor.
