Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.

The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• Placement and compaction of backfill soils for the sewer pipe trench between MH A7 to MH A8 was in progress.
• Construction of a Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) retaining wall was in progress.
• Placement, backfilling and compaction of soils at the vicinity of Lots #43 through #49 was in progress using a sheeps-foot (CP56B), (D6K2) and (QT-4) compactors.
• Splitting and breaking of rock at the vicinity of Lots #60 and #61 was in progress using (300G) equipment.
