Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.

The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• Two layers of 20,096 cubic feet of rock was placed and compacted in temporary pond between Lots #19 and 20 using Excavator (PC390LC) equipment.
• One layer of 10,000 cubic feet of soil and/or rock was placed and compacted at the top of each layer of rock in temporary pond between Lots #19 and 20.
