Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes and material submittals.
The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• Proof-rolling using a loaded dump truck was conducted on the roadway between Lots #62 to #73 and #74 to #97.   Results of proof-rolling found the subgrade soils to be stable exhibiting no severe pumping or rutting.  This area is ready for the placement of graded aggregate base (GAB).
• The placement of GAB for the roadway between Lots #62 to #73 and #74 to #97 began today.
• Excavation of utility trenches for the placement of sewer lines and manholes progressed.
• Installation and placement of sewer lines and manholes SSA4, SSA5, SS-P-B1 and SS-P-B2 progressed.
