Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Upon arrival on site, our representative found the site to be saturated.  After consultation with the grading superintendent, it was decided that the site was too wet to perform grading activities today.
