Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Observed the placement of fill/grading for Lot #73 and the access road today. Compaction tests were performed using a nuclear density gauge. Due to excessively high moisture contents, taken the first two tests, we recommend scarifying, aerating and recompaction of these wet soils. Results are attached in separate reports.
