Observations/Finding

As requested, our AS Engineering & Consulting LLC representative was on site observe the placement of concrete for Location L24.

The undersigned arrived on-site to observe the placement of 70 cubic yards of low-slump concrete at Concourse E, location L24. The following test result details were recorded:

• Slump: 3.25 inches
• Air Temperature: 42°F
• Maximum Concrete Temperature: 58°F
• Unit Weight: 141.4 pounds per cubic foot
• Air Content: 4.5%
