Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Seven Hills: Amenities

Due to the Excessive rainfall from the previous days, the job site remained saturated with excessive moisture. To address this, the contractor has continued to scarify and aerate the surficial soils to dry out the site. No backfilling was performed during this process.

Nature Walk: Lot #995

Lot #995 was graded today. The slopes at the rear of the lot were corrected while the shaping and management of the slopes were handled by the Komatsu machinery. No backfilling was done except for the slopes. Rock was encountered during the slope backfilling.
