Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Due to high in-place moisture contents (over 32%), contractor spent the day scarifying and aerating surficial soils in order to dry the site out due to recent inclement weather.
