Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Scope of Inspection:

• Inspected installation of Redi Rock Retaining Wall #1 and monitored progress at the project entrance.
• Verified compliance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.

Key Observations:

 Installation of Retaining Wall #1 Work:

• • Redi Rock Retaining Wall #1 at the creek crossing between Station 0+15 to 0+95:
    • Application of base course material (No. 57 crushed stone).
    • Placement of Geo-Grid for wall construction integrity.

Conclusion:
The inspection confirms compliance with the specified requirements. Testing data supports the quality and adherence to project standards in the observed construction activities.
