Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

• The following observations were made during this day.  Due to recent inclement weather the job site remained wet. The contractor was actively working to address this by scarifying and aerating the affected areas and dressing up the slopes using a Komatsu PC 360LC located on the west of the site. Additionally, a Komatsu 39PXI dozer was employed for further drying efforts through grading operations.
