Observations/Finding

The aforementioned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative visited the Cottages at Villa Rica site to monitor drilling and rock removal operations. The contractor performing the work was Precision Blasting. The following observations were made on-site:

Drilling Data:

The drilling operation began at the southern end of Lot 48, where blasting holes had previously been completed. The crew proceeded westward until reaching the start of the lateral section, specifically Lateral 124, south of Lot 45. Throughout the process, no significant issues were encountered, and the crew did not face any notable groundwater challenges. Each hole was carefully inspected after drilling to ensure the correct depth was achieved. Drilling in this area was performed with rows spaced approximately 8 feet apart and 7 feet between drilling locations within each row. The operation progressed smoothly with no major complications.

Drilling took place south of Lot 45 and north of Lateral 124, at the point where the lateral section begins.
