Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Upon arrival, our representative found the site surficial soils to be very high in moisture content (measured 34% and higher) from recent inclement weather.  After consultation with the contractor, it was decided that grading operations would be terminated for the day.
