Observations/Finding

The above mentioned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative visited the Cottages at Villa Rica site to perform quality control inspections and testing services. The inspection included visual observations to verify compliance with project drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and material submittals. Below are the key observations from the site visit:

Blasting Data

• Blasting operations commenced today, beginning south of Lot 44 and extending past Manhole A1 into Lateral #40.
• The operation consisted of a single blast, which was executed smoothly without complications.
• After consulting with Mike (Blasting Superintendent) from Precision Blasting, it was confirmed that the pay width for this blast was 8 feet.
• Calculations determined that a total trench area of 1544 square feet was blasted, with a trench rock volume of 913.31 cubic yards.

Drilling Data

• Drilling operations resumed post-blast, extending further south from Manhole A1 along the sewer and storm lines.
• The operator focused on Lateral #38 and Lateral #123, preparing these sections for the next scheduled blast.
