Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

The project site is still very wet and muddy.  After consultation with the grading contractor, it was decided to postpone cutting and filling activities to concentrate on site dewatering and demucking.
