Observations/Finding

The aforementioned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative visited the Cottages at Villa Rica site to monitor drilling and rock removal operations. The contractor performing the work was Precision Blasting. The following observations were made on-site:

Drilling Data: 

Because of the weather the precision blasting was only able to drill today. It continued south along the main sewer line where all the mass rock is located. The location was in-between lot #191 and lot #55. The pattern of the drilling still followed a trench in the middle and two mass rock patterns, one on each side of the trench. Progress was made but unfortunately, many of these holes will need to be cleaned out before the next blast, due to the weather.
