Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Site is still very wet and muddy with onset of short rain making grading operations not feasible today.  Contractor will spend time dewatering and demucking in hopes of starting up grading operations again tomorrow.
