Site Visit Report – Cottages at Villa Rica

The AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative visited the Cottages at Villa Rica site to monitor drilling and rock removal operations. The contractor performing the work was Precision Blasting. The following observations were made on-site:

Blasting Data:

Blasting took place today in the northwest corner, just south of Lot #41. Previously drilled holes required another round of cleaning due to groundwater infiltration. However, most of the holes drilled on 2/26 remained preserved with PVC pipe.

The total blasted area, including the trench and lateral, measured 756 square feet, with a calculated trench rock volume of 533.4 cubic yards. This work is part of Precision Blasting’s ongoing efforts to break up the small trench rock section in the northwest corner of the Cottages at Villa Rica. The operations proceeded as planned, and all drilling met the required production standards.

No production drilling was performed on this day.
