Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Seven Hills: Amenities

• Upon arrival, the contractor was engaged in grading the roadway using a Komatsu PC 360LC.  Scarification and aeration was continued by dozing with a Komatsu 39px and compaction with CAT563E.  Soil was being transported with tandem-axled dump trucks to the tennis court and parking area.
• The next lift of fill was started on the tennis court & parking area.

Nature walk: Artisan Built Housing

• Savanna Excavation Report: The contractor resumed work adjacent to Lot #995, continuing from the previous day. Efforts were focused on addressing the rock encountered in the trench, utilizing the Kobelco SK 350LC excavator. Compaction efforts are being executed with a Hamm Shep Toe compactor and a remote-controlled compactor. By the end of the workday, the contractor successfully completed the manhole installation and began the backfilling process. Rock boulders were observed at the job site.
