An AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative visited the Cottages at Villa Rica site to monitor drilling and rock removal operations. The contractor performing the work was Precision Blasting. The following observations were made on-site:

Blasting Data:

Today’s blasting took place in the northern section of the development. It consisted of 8 laterals spanning from #127-#47 all in trench format. The total area calculated from today’s blast was 1,512 square feet with a calculated trench rock of 356.72 cubic yards. These efforts are part of Precision Blasting’s ongoing work to break up the small trench rock section in the northern section of the Cottages at Villa Rica.
