Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

• A proof-roll observation was performed on the temporary road at creek crossing from MHSA7 to MHSM1 and the decel lane.
• A fully loaded tandem-axle dump truck was used to proof-roll the above-mentioned GAB with multiple passes across the area.
• No severe yielding and deflection were observed during the proof-roll at all areas mentioned below.
• Our representative along with Belli of Allied Pavement and the Neal Foster Bureau Ventas North America Inc, representative and Derak with Century observed the proof-roll.
