Observations/Finding

As requested, a representative from AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) visited the site to perform quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were used to verify compliance with project drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and approved material submittals.

On this day, the undersigned was present to observe soil placement and perform testing; however, the area was not ready for testing at the time of inspection. Drilling activities were performed between stations MHA0 and MHA1.
