Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Upon arrival, our representative found the site to be muddy and wet overall due to recent inclement weather.  After consultation with the contractor, it was decided that grading operations would be terminated for the day.  Contractor elected to haul topsoil this day.
