Observations/Finding

As requested, a representative from AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) visited the site to provide quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and approved material submittals.

Observations Noted on Site:

• Work was in progress on the stormwater trench, extending from MHA0 to MHA1 and MHA2.

• The contractor was also performing drilling operations for the stormwater trench between MHA0 and MHB1. This work continued throughout the day.

• The site was not ready for density testing at the time of the visit.
