Observations/Finding

A representative from AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) visited the site to provide quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with the project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and approved material submittals.

Site Observations:
Due to the presence of wet backfill materials, the contractor was unable to proceed with backfilling operations. As a result, no related work was performed on this day.
