Observations/Finding

As requested, a representative from AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) visited the site to perform quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and approved material submittals. The following observations were made during the site visit:

The placement of 3 cubic yards of 3000 psi concrete for B9-Co-1 (proposed cleanout) was performed (location shown in the picture).

Concrete observed on this date appeared to be placed in compliance with project specifications with regard to temperature, air content, and batch to placement time.
