Spall Preparation: The contractor removed loose rock, debris, and standing water from the base of three spalls to prepare for repairs.

Reinforcement Bars: Rebar within the spalls was found to have epoxy coating, with embedment lengths noted as per specifications.

QC Sampling: Sampling for the spalls was not performed during this shift, as Manhattan representative Timothy Rutledge indicated it was unnecessary.
