Observations/Finding

As requested, a representative from AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) visited the site to perform quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were used to verify compliance with the project drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and approved material submittals.

During the site visit, new Bermuda grass was installed around the house as well as in areas where machinery had been operating to restore disturbed ground. Additionally, hydroseeding was performed using a mix of lovegrass, clover, and fescue to promote vegetation growth and long-term site stabilization.
