Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site as requested by the contractor (Wilbanks) for the observation/testing of the placement of fill/backfill. The contractor placed a mix of topsoil and structural fill across greenspace located on the embankment of Lots #170 through #180. The contractor cut roadways around Lots #170 – #180 and placed fill across these lots to bring them to finished grade. Fill was placed in approximate 8-to-12-inch lifts and rolled via a sheep-foot roller. All test results were provided to the contractor.
