Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site as requested and observed the grading contractor continue placing fill for the building pads Lots #70 through #86. Density tests were performed using a Troxler nuclear gauge model3430, serial no. 38069.  Results are attached.

Moreover, Lots #70 through #86 were proof-rolled with no severe pumping/rutting evident. However, in a few locations at Lots#83, #81 and #75 some pumping was observed. In these localities, up to 1′ was undercut to removed soft/wet soils and backfilled using suitable fill.
