Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Time: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Summary of Activities:
Remediation work continued at the entrance/exit and deceleration lane adjacent to the Naturewalk amenities on Seven Hills Boulevard. Between approximately 7:30 AM and 11:00 AM, a total of four (4) loads of Graded Aggregate Base (GAB) were delivered to the site via tandem dump truck. Material placement was performed using a Kubota skid steer.

Coordination:
A meeting was held onsite with the foreman from North West Georgia Paving (NWGP). During the discussion, the foreman confirmed that no compaction activities would be performed today.

Additional Notes:
No further observations were made during the site visit.
