Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative was on site and met with the client, the paving contractor and the Paulding County inspector to discuss repair measures for the asphalt deficient areas. The selected areas were determined by Paulding County where 26′ of curb was removed at the drive exit lane (left side). Also 46′ of curb was removed at drive exit (right side). Other areas at the drive exit were selected to be milled full depth and replaced with specified asphalt pavement.
