Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site for the observation/testing of the placement of concrete. Our representative met with CWM at their batch plant. Our rep tested multiple batches until the mix was corrected, then concrete was transported to the pour location by the rest area. Our representative cast one (1) set of four (4) cylinders and stored them in an onsite curing box. The previous days cylinders were transported back to the CWM batch plant lab. All test results were provided to the contractor.
