Daily Field Report
Observations/Finding
As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.
Excavation and installation continued today at the Cassville Road tract for the French drain (“burrito wrap”) project. Work commenced on the last portion of C3, where the site was cleared, and existing trees were removed. Excavation was performed, and pipes were installed as per plan. After pipe installation, the excavated soil was backfilled and compacted.
Following completion at C3, work continued between points C5 and C6, where additional pipes were installed. All work was completed, and compaction was observed. No groundwater or slope instability was observed at the time of excavation.
We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you on this project. If you have any questions regarding this report, please feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to discuss it with you.
