Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative was on site to observe the grading contractor continue subgrade prep at the roadway cul de sac to Lots #17 and #16. The subgrade was compacted using a vibratory sheeps-foot roller preparing for curb installation. The subgrade will be observed by proof-rolling to comply with site plans and specifications. The contractor also hauled and placed grinded mulch chips at the phase 2 extension toe of slope embankment and in front of the silt fence barrier.
