Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site as requested by the contractor (NG Grading) for the observation/testing of the placement of fill/backfill. Upon arrival to the site, it appeared that the rainfall was far higher than what was reported in the forecast. The site is far too saturated to place any fill today. The contractor agreed and shut the site down for the day. The contractor focused on de-mucking the silt fence around the site.  Our representative then left the site.
