Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative was on site to observe the grading contractor continue subgrade preparation, stripping organic topsoil from building lots at Phase 2 unit 4 and placing stripped materials at th embankment slope fill area near horse park. The placed materials were compacted using a 815 cat sheep-foot roller. Also excavated structural fill was hauled to Phase 2 extension building lots and placed and compacted using a vibratory sheep-foot roller. Some of the basement lots were observed at basement level and approved for grassing stabilization when slopes are completed with tracking stabilizing to be completed 0n 1/12/2026.
