Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

The crew continued soil excavation from the pond area and placed the material as backfill in Lots #42, 26, and 25. The placed soil was spread achieve the required elevation in accordance with the site grading plan.

Field density testing indicated the moisture contents of the backfill material were slightly higher than optimum; however, the contractor proceeded with placement and compaction operations. The ground surface was subsequently fine graded and compacted to complete the backfilling activities on the designated lots.
