Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Crew constructed slopes using topsoil at area 1030 and 1040. Topsoil was placed in controlled lifts Each lift was compacted using a sheep-foot roller.

On the other side, at Lots #39, 40, and 41, existing topsoil was removed and stripped using a crawler bulldozer. After grading operations, the exposed surface was rolled using a sheep-foot roller to prepare the area for fill placement.
