Observations/Finding
As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.
On the above date our representative was on site to observe the blasting contractor drilling hard rock at building Lots #47 and 48. The drilling log is attached.
The writer also observed the pipe contractor continue installation of a storm line between headwall H1 and manhole #B2. The contractor installed 30″ RCP storm line between headwall #1 and manhole #B1 and the 30″ CMP storm line between manholes #B1 and B2.
