Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative was on site to observe the pipe contractor continue installing 30″ CMP storm line between manholes #B2 and B4. Backfilling for the deep excavations was observed, and compacting efforts appeared to be suitable for job requirements.

The grading contractor continued placing fill for the added slope embankment green area and compacted with a vibratory sheep-foot roller.

The drilling contractor (Advance) continued drilling hard rock at building Lots #47 and 48 using two drill rigs.

The erosion contractor (Valor) was on site and continued grass seeding and placing mat blankets at pond embankment slopes.

The water line contractor continued 8″ DIP installation at Nature Walk Boulevard between manholes #8 and 9.
