Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative was on site to observe the grading contractor continue placing fill for building Lots #33 through 36 from elevation 906 to 909. This material was placed over rock fill added to achieve elevation 906.Density tests were performed using a Troxler Nuclear gauge model 3430, serial no. 91643.

The blasting contractor was also on site today and continued drilling and made a blast shot (see attached drilled log).

The pipe contractor continued backfilling 8″ ductile iron sanitary sewer line between manholes #7 and 8. Also continued installing sewer line between manholes #8 and 9. Density tests were performed between manholes #7 and 8.

The curbing contractor was on site and poured 1500 lineal feet of type 7 curb at Nature Walk Boulevard between manholes #6 and 9 using 108 cubic yards of 3000 psi concrete.
