Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative was on site to observe drying conditions of the in-place wet soils previously evaluated at Lots #41 and 42. The grading contractor had plowed in place wet soils to depths of one-to-two-and-a-half feet using a dozer attempting to dry wet soil materials. The contractor plans to continue plowing materials for aeration today and requested a re-evaluation on Monday, 3/23/26.
