Observations/Finding
As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.
On the above date our representative was on site to observe the paving contractor continue subbase preparation at Nature Walk Parkway with the placing and compacting of base stone to design subgrade.
The grading contractor was also onsite and continued backfilling behind curb and the inside island.
The curbing contractor was on site and continued pouring one single wing and two double wing curb inlets at Nature Walk Parkway between sanitary sewer manholes #9 and 6. The reinforcing was observed for size, spacing and quantity and concrete coverage appeared to be in compliance with site documents. The contractor poured a 3000-psi concrete mix.
The drilling contractor continued drilling at Lot #37 using two rigs. See attached drill logs.
The pipe contractor was on site and continued bricking and grouting at RCP storm line between manholes #B5 and B10.
We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you on this project. If you have any questions regarding this report, please feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to discuss it with you.
