Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our representative re-visited the site and met with the county official to discuss recommended repairs for the pork chop rebar installation details. The writer stood by as the necessary repairs and form work was completed. Reinforcing observed was in compliance with site documents and was approved for concrete placement when curb forms are completed for type 7. The county stated that the concrete would not have to be stamped and could be broom finished.
