Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative was on site to observe concrete placement at the pork chop on Seven Hills Parkway to the amenities area with the county official Mr. Mike Jones who stated the concrete pour was acceptable.

The writer also attended a site meeting with county officials to discuss environmental concerns in building the new Parkway at Shelby Drive.

The writer was on site to observe backfill of the OCS pipeline and sanitary sewer installation at unit 3 phase 13. The pipe contractor also continued directional bore drilling for water line tap in.
