Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative was on site to observe the pipe contractor continue backfilling and completing OCS installation. The backfill observation over the 36″ RCP storm line was completed and appeared to be in compliance with site compaction requirements. The contractor continued installation of the OCS.

The pipe contractor performing the directional boring tap in for the water line encountered hard rock within the last fifteen feet today.
